RECERT PART 1:
INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Do NOT skip any section or we will have trouble completing your registration this year.

In short you must:

Get your game experience ready for the state.
Request registration from USSF and pay national dues-You should be doing this online before you attend your recert class!
Pick a recertification class to attend and pass the required test
Pay local and state dues and submit NYSW Risk Management if required

COSTS

The following table will give you the cost of registration for 2008. Add the totals and you will have your costs.
The recertification classes are FREE.

Are you 18 years of age or older on May 1, 2008 without a valid NYSWYSA Risk management pass?	$6.00
Are you a Grade 6 or 5 Referee? USSF Registration	$40.00
Are you a Grade 8 or 7 Referee? USSF Registration	$25.00
Are you a Grade 9 Recreational Youth Referee? USSF Registration	$20.00
Are you a Grade 9 or 10 Instructor? USSF Registration	$10.00
Are you a Grade 8 or 7 Instructor? USSF Registration	$20.00
Are you a Grade 8 Assignor? USSF Registration	$10.00
Are you anything other than a Grade 9 Referee? State Management Fee - Once per person (not per badge)	$5.00
Are you anything other than a Grade 9 Referee and 17 years old or older on May 1, 2008? Local Dues for the Elmira Group Soccer Referees' - Once per person (not per badge)	$20.00
Are you anything other than a Grade 9 Referee and 16 years old or younger on May 1, 2008? Local Dues for the Elmira Group Soccer Referees' - Once per person (not per badge)	$12.00
