- RECERTIFICATION PART 3:
- APPLY FOR REGISTRATION TO USSF
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY QUALIFIED FOR UPGRADE IN 2011
(i.e already passed your assessment for upgrade OR are a Grade 9 that has taken the full 16 hour class and will be 14 on May 1, 2011), PLEASE CHECK THE REQUEST FOR UPGRADE BOX AND CHANGE YOUR GRADE TO THE NEW GRADE FOR 2011.
If you are not in the above situation DO NOT CHECK THE REQUEST FOR UPGRADE BOX. It makes our life difficult!
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $10 FOR US TO DO THIS FOR YOU.
Using the link below, log on to www.ussoccer.info using Internet Explorer or other fully compatible browser and enter your user name and password. If you don't know your user name or password, let the DRA know and he will look it up for you.
Once you have logged on you will need to do several things:
- Under the "Home" tab, check your personal information to be certain it is correct (we still do NOT need or want your Social Security number!) PARTICULARLY DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!
- Click on the "Referee" tab near the top of the page
- Click the "Registration" button in the sidebar
- Fill out the registration form. You will note that you can click all of your badges at the same time (i.e. only one application for all of your badges). IF YOU ARE A GRADE 9 REFEREE BE CERTAIN THE GRADE LEVEL IS CORRECT.
- PLEASE NOTE THE VERY SMALL LINK UNDER THE BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION ("Click here to enter affilated game count.") Use that link to enter your game count for the last year!
- Click submit.
- At this point you will need a Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club card to pay the USSF and state share of your registration.
- Once you have been transferred to the Verisign portion of the site, give the requested information for payment and click submit.
- Print out either the receipt/confirmation page or a copy of the confirming email which USSF will send to you and bring a copy to the recert clinic.
- You will still need to write a check to EGSR for the balance of what you owe which will likely only be Local Dues.
At that point your application is submitted and once you have met your grade requirements, and the SRA has approved your registration, you are registered for 2011.
