A word of warning to everyone.... the recert tests are ALWAYS more difficult than the normal test. You would be well advised to study for the test for a while before you come to the recertification clinic. REMEMBER: The point of the recertification clinic is two-fold:
The point of the recert class is NOT to help you pass the test! (Although you will have the opportunity to ask any question about the laws you may have.)
With that in mind... study your old law book or, better yet, go to the USSF web site and download the new law book, procedures and advice. YES... you will get a new law book at the recertification BUT that may come TOO LATE. If by some chance you are unable to pass the test, you can take the full test (as opposed to the recertification test) after a 2 week waiting period.
Once you have completed the class, passed the test and turned in ALL required paperwork, you will be given a new badge.
PAPERWORK YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU TO THE CLINIC (Don't wait and attempt to fill it out there!):

*-Even if you are planning on taking a Grade 8 entry level class soon... I STRONGLY recommend you recertify as a Grade 9 referee first.... you can never count on any class having enough students to happen. This will not cost you ANY extra money as you will be credited for what you paid for your Grade 9 recertification when you take the full Entry Level course.
